1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and b89bd ("b89bd", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at b89bd.io and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces ("Platform"). 3 Account Security and Responsibility

Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility unless you have notified b89bd of a security breach in accordance with the procedure set out below.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person, including family members or friends.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the b89bd Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). b89bd does not charge currency conversion fees for BDT-denominated transactions. The following terms govern deposits, withdrawals, and general payment activity on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum deposit amount per transaction may vary by payment method and is displayed at the point of deposit.

• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your b89bd account balance within seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during peak periods.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. b89bd may require additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. b89bd does not guarantee processing times during periods of high transaction volume or system maintenance.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction and per day is subject to your account verification tier and any applicable bonus restrictions.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

7 Responsible Gaming

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b89bd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity conducted on the Platform.
• Loss of data or account access resulting from technical failures, cybersecurity incidents, or force majeure events.
• Service interruptions, delays, or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or settlement calculations caused by software bugs or data feed errors, provided b89bd takes reasonable steps to identify and correct such errors promptly.
• Any tax liability you may incur as a result of winnings generated on the Platform. You are solely responsible for complying with any applicable tax obligations in your jurisdiction.

10 Amendments and Governing Terms

b89bd reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
